We are located in Napa Valley, the world's leading wine-producing region, and the first American Viticultural Area (AVA).

In addition to being situated in one of the most ideal wine production regions in the world, we apply modern vinification technology to retain the most natural flavors of the grape varieties we harvest. Its unique high-temperature fermentation technology is also worth mentioning; given that the slightest deviation in temperature could destroy the flavor of the grapes. It is this precise control of temperature that gives our wines the distinct, strong and sustained taste our customers have come to enjoy.

The Mediterranean climate we enjoy in Napa Valley allows for optimal growth of grapes due to its ideal temperature and ample sunshine throughout the year. In the winter months, its moderate precipitation is conducive to grape flowering, pollinating, fruit-bearing and harvesting. Blue-violet and ultraviolet lights also help to promote flower bud differentiation, as well as fruit coloring and overall fruit quality. All of this contributes to our wines' distinct personality - rich and bodied- embottled in the world's finest wines.

Located on the edge of California's coast, Napa's diverse soil and mineral layers include well-drained gravel and highly moisturized silty clay due to lava and ash deposits from nearby volcano eruptions as a result of sea level fluctuations. Overtime, the changes in forests and swamps also contributed to a great deal of vegetation and organic soil composition. Napa Valley, thus, is a blessed fertile land with 33 different soil varieties and 6 soil types, which is vital to the optimal growth of different grape varieties.

Our team is dedicated to the continuous exploration of new terrain, so that wine lovers like yourself are able to enjoy more avant-garde flavors alongside trusted and beloved flavors. Unlike traditional wineries, we boast more than 20 different wines, all of which are carefully cultivated by our team of experts. Our earnest and sincere approach to wine-making stem from our owner's original mission to great wine-making, which is dedicated to helping each and every one of Amourvino's customers find the wine best suited to their taste.
